Once the lease agreement comes into effect , together with the deposit, the Owner is to ensure that the premises may not be rented or otherwise made available to any other person and must remain exclusively available for the Lessee for the period between the Arrival Date and Departure Date (both inclusive). The owner will ensure that the premises are clean in good order and condition and suitable to be let as executive accommodation. It is agreed that Contractors, eg Garden Contractors, Window Cleaners, plumbers may from time to time, service the property in keeping with its maintenance programme. It is agreed no discount and or reductions in rate will be offered by the owner for any reason whatsoever either prior, during or post arrival. The Tenant indemnifies the Owner from any constructional work happening around but not on the “Premises’. .
